Beer Description
Something sour this way comes. Our first sour creation is truly Something Wicked. This kettle soured ale is full of sour and fruity complexity thanks to lactobacillus, a fruity yeast strain and citrusy American hops. A subtle addition of hibiscus flowers and German caramel and black malts give Something Wicked a devilishly deep mahogany red color.
