Flavors of sweet cherry and pie crust with a mild salinity compliment a brite tartness, luscious cherry filling and biscuity, doughy nose.
We worked with our friends at Brewnuts to collaborate on Cherry Donut Pie; a Pastry approach to one of our favorite styles. This Gose skirts a balance between sweetness and tart.
