Tart and complex with notes of stone fruit and hints of vanilla.
Ardent’s Fall American Sour Blend is made from sour blonde and sour red ales, aged independently in oak barrels for ten months, then blended together. This beer was derived from a mixed culture of house microbes and will continue to evolve as it ages in the bottle.
