Beer Description
Total Crystalation is super hoppy for super happy harvest times!
Total Crystalation is our dedication to the harvest and to one of our most-loved ingredients—the hops! While the hop farms are busy plucking the hop bines each September, we are busy transporting 500 pounds of fresh Crystal hops from the field to the brewery. Following our recipe for Total Domination IPA, we add the first two hop additions as normal. Instead of adding the final addition to the brew kettle, we run the wort through the fresh-picked hops in the lauter tun.
