Beer Description
This is a light and crisp varietal with wood and spice (nutmeg, clove) in the aroma, similar but more subtle than the Oregon Radish Blossom, if you’re familiar with that varietal. There is a bite on the palate coming from the effervescence but also a butteriness — perhaps beeswax — in the flavor that is comforting. Pair this with savory curried dishes.
