Beer Description
This iteration of Stone Age Love is a blend of 2 different batches of golden sour beers. Half of this blend was fermented with a belgian mixed culture that showcases strong notes of meyer lemon, and stone fruit. We then blended in a non-sour brett beer that expressed notes of melon and white peppercorn that was fermented with saison yeast and Brettanomyces anomala. This base blend was re-fermented with tart cherries to create a sour beer with flavors of cherry lemonade, watermelon, and a subtle hint of cinnamon. Bright and refreshing, weโre excited to bring Stone Age Love back on draft!
