Beer Description
This kettle sour project was created as a “Home and Away” collaboration with our friends at Oliver Brewing Company. Each of us will use the same base wort to create our unique version of the beer. At Manor Hill, we used local sour cherries and bitter orange peel to create a tart beginning that evolves into a complex fruity flavor profile.
