Beer Description
It is a deep amber American-style pale ale, brewed w/ 5 different barley malts, generous additions of Cascade and Centennial hops, and a unique strain of yeast.
The new beer is an aged version of the brewery’s flagship Bronx Pale Ale, which first went on sale in September 2011. It is dry-hopped, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. Finally it is aged in a French Oak Old Vine Zinfandel barrel from the Brooklyn Winery to impart rich dark fruit notes and complex Brettanomyces character.
