Beer Description
For this Artista Zynergia project – we went to work with Kiuchi Brewery out of Japan.
Blend #1 (blended 4/27/2017) – This blend is 30% young ale & 70% 1 year old ale matured in Pinot Noir/Gin (Portland, OR) & Zinfandel (Napa, CA) barrels with the addition of yuzu and oranges from our greenhouse.
