Porter brewed 100% with brettanomyces creating a slightly tart, sour, complex flavor
A collaboration with our friends at East Coast Yeast this beer was made over a year ago. Brewed as an old style english porter and fermented entirely with brettanomyces wild yeast you end up with a complex, slightly tart, slightly soured beer with lots of aromas and finishes going on. Complex, yet easy drinking.
