Beer Description
Rare harmony between dry, sweet and bitter. The body is cloudy yet refined using the malt backbone as a vessel to bring these hops to life.
IPA #2 is PACKED FULL of Mosaic, Simcoe and Waimea hops, this IPA is exploding with flavour. Beautifully balanced these three tropical, citrus & pine heavy hops leave our IPA #2 a heavy hitter and a hop hunters dream. Our experimentation with New Zealand Waimea resulted in a rare harmony between dry, sweet and bitter. Drink this fresh as it is sure not to be around for long!
