Historic Saison recipe aged in Ransom Distillery Old Tom Gin/Pinot Noir Barrels (3.5 months). Straw yellow and slightly hazy, and very effervescent bitter in the nose like citrus, sweet lemon in the palate; and a pithy, gin-like, bitterness, with some hopsack dryness, in the long, lingering finish.
