Auburn Alehouse has collaborated once again with legendary former Brewmaster of Sacramento Brewing Company, Peter Hoey, to bring you a fruit forward Saison. Magnolia Hill Orchards donated the fresh mandarins which provide a citrus backdrop to the landscape of Saison flavors present. Fruity esters and spicy phenol characteristics, derived from a special blend of Saison yeast strains, intermingle with locally grown mandarins to create a unique and refreshing
