Beer Description
Our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Porter is our Entire Porter aged for approximately 90 days in 17-year old Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. Residual bourbon imparts a faint bourbon aroma to the nose and fire to the finish, the casks lend a hint of oak and char on the palate, and the microflora endemic to the barrels yield a velvety mouthfeel and a wonderfully complex flavor profile.
