Beer Description
This is a medium bodied brew with a modest level of carbonation. Hints of candied figs or carmeled apples, orange murky amber color. Mildly spicy from the Belgian yeast contribution. Apple cider is hinted throughout with both suggestions of skin and fleshy apples. Cloves and pepper providing a supporting role to break up the ale flavoring and bring the focus back into the expected tripel character. Pale biscuit malt gives a bready aftertaste which is enjoyable.
