Beer Description
Aged in oak barrels for 5 months and then re-blended and aged again, this small-batch beer has strong bourbon aroma and a delicious maple sweetness.
This beer is a collaboration between the brewery, The Catskill Distilling Company and The Catskill Mountain Sugar House. We aged the beer for 5 months in oak barrels provided by our friends and blended the beer and aged it again. It’s a complex beer, but very drinkable. It has strong bourbon aroma and it’s flavor is alive with oak, bourbon, maple and the ale itself.
