Kite Tail is a crisp, refreshing cream ale with a light body and slightly tart finish.
O’Fallon brewmasters started with two-row barley and white wheat to establish a smooth maltiness and light body. They then added Marynka and Lublin hops to give Kite Tail its crisp, but subtle tartness and refreshing character. The result is refreshing cream ale perfect for summer.
