A tart blueberry wild ale. 3,000 pounds of Michigan grown blueberries fermented with 60g of vanilla bean, Brettanomyces lambicus and our house lactobacillus culture for a nice tart character and funky finish. Light, dry, blueberry aroma and flavor balanced with a wheaty pie-crust like flavor is reminiscent of blueberry crumble.
