A collaboration Pilsner with Peekskill Brewery brewed while eating chicken parm sandwiches and fresh mozzarella from Decicco’s.
We both would like to bring more pilsners to the world, especially through the exciting world of collaborations. But at the same time, we really feel like there should be more beers themed around chicken parm. However, if you think about it, a pilsner is much like fresh mozzarella: it’s focused on a simple, clear ingredient, an expression of purity and process. Nuance through simplicity.
