Absent Landlord is Cowbell’s unique expression of a Kolsch. It is fermented with the traditional German Kolsch Ale Yeast – but at warm temperatures rather than cold to create new elegant aromas and flavours. It is brewed with both new world and old world malts and hops that complement the yeast driven characteristics not traditionally found in Kolsch style beers. It is also left unfiltered to preserve those new sensations in order to create Cowbell’s own, Country Kolsch.
