Beer Description
Six Finger Sam is a farmhouse ale, brewed with European malted barley and wheat, Czech Saaz and German Hallertau hops, and fermented with our expressive house Belgian yeast strain. Then aged in freshly dumped chardonnay barrels with multiple strains of brettanomyces. Unfiltered and naturally conditioned.
