Beer Description
A big beer that doesn’t come around often, usually only brewed for special occasions. We modify the grain bill slightly for our signature Scotch Ale, Kilt Lifter, adding a little bit more crystal malt. We only collect the first half of the running of the wort to create a huge malty beer with just enough malt to balance the sweetÂness. We cold ferment it in the true Scottish style to create a wonderfully complex beer. Slainté!
