Beer Description
Brewed with pale, vienna and caramel malts as well as flaked corn this Mexican style lager ends up with a sweet, rich, nutty malt backbone. German and Australian hops display subtle earth and fruit notes and provide balance. Yerba Mate tea adds a rich earthiness to the back end of the taste. The use of a special Mexican lager yeast provides a crisp, clean drinkability that makes this a perfect summer session beer.
