Beer Description
A new beer tonight and one that we are happy to be a part of! A collaboration with students from SCCC’s new Brewing Science Program. Alpha Brown, is a starting point for these future brewers. Their focus was to come up with a Malt forward beer, modestly hopped, that can pair well with all things smoked. Cheeses, meats, BBQ, even the occasional cigar!
