Beer Description
From our neighbors to the South, the native blue agave cactus is best known for its finished product of tequila. We felt that its unique flavor profile and sugar composition would make an interesting new beer style. The Agave Cream Ale has a light body with an exotic nose that reminds one of a hot day in the desert. It features a faint malt profile with lime and pineapple-like esters.
