Simple grain bill 2-Row,wheat & crystal malt loaded with Amarillo, Simcoe,Galaxy & Mosaic; distinct tropical flavors of guava,papaya,pineapple & a touch of Dank
When Steve and Ken sat down to brainstorm the collab beer, there was only two things in mind; hops and IPA. A simple grain bill of 2-Row, wheat, and crystal malt allows the hops to do all the talking. Huge notes of guava, papaya, and pineapple are big on the palate and nose; followed by a slight touch of Dank.
