Beer Description
Cider made in the family cidery from tree ripened heritage apples, infused with a light blend of NZ hops. Medium-dry. Lightly hopped, with just enough hop to impart a citrus tang, while allowing the freshness of the underlying cider to dominate. Cox’s Orange Pippin and Jonagold apples, blended with Cascade, Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops.
