Beer Description
This is Brian Phad’s award winning home brew recipe. The beer won gold at the 2014 BOSS (Brewers of South Suburbia) home brew competition. The beer is very well balanced with a good amount of citrus and tropical hop flavor and a touch of sweet malt backbone.
