Tendril wants to coil around your taste buds and strangulate them with resinous hop goodness.
Not quite an Imperial IPA, but definitely on the large side, Tendril weighs in around 7.8% abv and 80 IBU. This beer has been dubbed Proclamation Ale Company’s “1 and ½ times IPA.” Showcasing a few of the famous “C” hops as well as a few lesser known, often overlooked “bastard-stepchildren” hops, this IPA delivers a dry finish that will leave your tongue coated with fruity, piney, citrusy, dankity-yumyumness. A restrained specialty malt bill, with very light additions of English crystal malt give the beer enough body to hold up the hops, but still lets the greenness punch you square in the teeth.
