This beer maintains a rich, full-bodied mouth-feel augmented by caramel; mild and dark fruit; and vanilla and bourbon aromas as a result of six months of aging.
From Le Petite Mort: A Belgian inspired Weissenbock with the added complexity of Belgian ale yeast.
