Beer Description
This beer is truly one of a kind. Each time it is brewed it changes form. We use local ingredients from The Organic World Spice Market in Birch Run, MI. We have formulated our recipes based upon the spices and or other ingredients that are available for the season. Our SHAPE SHIFTER “Winter Ale” was brewed with organic Cinnamon, Orange peel, Cocoa nibs, Cloves, and Star Anise. If you like this beer, you better drink a couple because it may be your last chance.
