Beer Description
This Belgian Ale was brewed with 100% Brettanomyces. When young, the bitterness and hop aroma from El Dorado, Cascade, Galaxy and Amarillo are up front and take charge. Over time, as we age this beer, the Brettanomyces will take hold and work it’s magic with funky tones of leather and tobacco.
