Beer Description
one of our hoppiest one-offs to date, essentially using an India Red Ale base but employing our house saison yeast to yield a layered brew. Fermentation based fruity and spicy notes sit behind a huge hoppy nose in this slightly malty and bitter beer. Columbus, equinox, crystal, and mandarina hops all contribute, and while reasonably balanced the Crystal Red will please IPA fans with its long finish
