Seattle Cider Dry Hard Cider

Pale gold and pouring with a fizz that dissipates, the Seattle Cider Co. Dry Cider is produced with dessert apples such as Granny Smith, Fuji and Red Delicious. Bright apple aromas, citrus nose a bit of the funk and fresh picked herbs hit the nose. It has a refreshing set of aromas. As advertised it is nearly entirely dry, but the tart apple is so distinct that it drinks with a hint of sweet. More herbs on the palate along with lemon. A fresh acidity keeps this cider lively and refreshing. There is not much in the way of tannin.
