Beer Description
session saison made in collaboration with brewers from Oersoep and Oedipus, two Dutch breweries. The guys were excited to use local ingredients, so we decided to use a base of Mecca Grade pils malt from central Oregon. It lends a distinct cucumber note that mixes well with the heavy hop load of Mt. Hood, columbia, liberty, and santiam, the last two varieties being employed as double dryhops. A pinch of rye accentuates the hop bite and makes for an appetizing finish
