Beer Description
Hour Zero was brewed with fresh fuggle hops from the very beginning of harvest at Annen Brothers Farm in Mt. Angel. The beer is a showcase for Oregon ingredients, using floor malted barley from a small, craft producer in Madras. The fresh hops were steeped in the hot wort just prior to open fermentation with our house saison yeast, yielding a delicate yet complex profile that tastes like you’re there at the farm.
