Beer Description
We wanted to brew a traditional Belgian Tripel so we went as traditional as we were able to…100% Franco-Belges Pilsner malt, 100% Saaz hops, Belgian candi sugar, & Trappist abbey ale yeast. This gave us our earthy aroma, smooth/sweet palate, with a dry finish that’s delightfully bitter. An outstanding launch to our CollaBEERation Series with Lunar Brewing Co. of Villa Park, IL.
