Beer Description
Pulled fresh out of the fermentation process, this lager beer normally goes thru an extensive recirculation and lagering period. Special for the Rattle and Hum take over event, we bring this strong lager to NY. The beer is still fermenting back at the brewery. Alcohol should be 12 to 14%, Intense malt flavor from decoction process in turn yielding a deep red color. Made with huge amounts of Munich malts for richness and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh. Thick and hearty with just enough hop for a great balance.
