Beer Description
It is a unique version of an American-style wheat beer in that it is light amber in color and made with caramel and biscuit malts and finished with a light addition of Cascade hops. It is easy drinking and slightly sweet with a toasted note in the nose and a lingering tart finish. We simply add a natural blueberry extract to this beer with the intention of imparting a subtle aroma and flavor of the fruit while still ensuring that it tastes like beer.
